Newsletter January-March 2026 Betini Education Scholarship

We are pleased to share this quarterly update on the progress of the 53 children in the Betini Education Scholarship Program.

This quarter, we continued supporting children through regular home and school monitoring, education support, youth and parent training, and livelihood activities for guardians — strengthening both education and family stability.

This Quarter at a Glance

• 30 school visits and 62 home visits
• 13 students sat exams — all passed!
• 15 youth in life skills training
• AUD $2,200 in loans to guardians
• 68 households involved in goat program (173
  goats total)
• Training delivered: SIYB,farming/livestock, and
  parental education
